orange or red ships worldwide via PostNL with a track & trace code.We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days.
Within the Netherlands we offer free shipping for orders of € 75 and up. Rates for shipping to other European countries vary. The shipping costs for your specific country will be found during the ordering process. Due to changes in UK customs regulations, a minimum order of €160 is required for shipments to the UK. Ordering from outside of Europe? Shipping costs vary widely depending on the destination. Please contact us about shipping to your country.
Please note: orange or red is not responsible for additional costs such as import tax, customs charges or other costs that may apply in addition to ordinary shipping costs.
It is important to orange or red that your order arrives in good condition. To do so we carefully check all products before shipping and we send your package by registered mail via PostNL. If something does go wrong during transport, please contact us as soon as possible, we will do our utmost to solve this for you.

Returns
For returns, follow these steps:
• Send an email to info@orangeorred.nl within 7 days of receiving your order, stating which product you are returning.
• return the product unused and in good condition no later than 7 days after this e-mail to orange or red, preferably in the original packaging. If possible, also return the packing slip, so that it is clear which order it concerns.
As soon as orange or red has received the returned product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days. The shipping costs for the return shipment are at customer’s expense.If a return does not meet these conditions, we will let you know by email how it will be handled.
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product, send the product to be exchanged back to us. To do this, follow the same steps as for returns. Just order the desired product via the normal ordering procedure on our website and pay in the usual way. We will refund the purchase amount of the returned product to your bank account within 7 days.
Guarantee
We care about our products and so we do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition. But should your product show a defect within two months after shipment due to a shortcoming of orange or red, please contact us. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replace -ment free of charge.
Please note: Textiles are sensitive to contact with sharp objects such as jewelry, nails, etc. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that complaints regarding ladders and/ or holes will be accepted, as it is impossible for us to determine the cause of the damage. However, we can see if we can fix this for you. orange or red will charge some costs for this. If you’d like to make use of this service, please contact us.
Maintenance
A hangtag with wash & care information is attached to all orange or red products. We strongly recommend that you follow these directions for the maintenance of your product.
